To create and maintain a valid Account on ab99o, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:
ab99o reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify your eligibility at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of any balance pending review.
Meeting the minimum age requirement does not automatically render gambling lawful in your specific location within Pakistan. Users in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and elsewhere in Pakistan are responsible for determining whether participation is permissible under their applicable local law.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Opening, operating or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether directly or through a third party — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
4.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide complete, truthful and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account closure.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. ab99o will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
4.4 Notification of Compromise. You must notify ab99o immediately upon becoming aware or suspecting that your account credentials have been obtained by an unauthorised party. Contact our support team via Live Chat or email without delay.
4.5 KYC Verification. All accounts are subject to identity verification (KYC) prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, prior to processing deposits above specified thresholds. You agree to cooperate fully with KYC requirements, including providing a valid government-issued identity document and proof of address.
5.1 Permitted Use. The ab99o platform is provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not use the platform for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to acting as an intermediary for third-party bets or operating a syndicate without prior written consent.

Any breach of Section 5.2 or other material breach of these Terms may result in, at ab99o's sole discretion: immediate account suspension, forfeiture of bonus balances and pending winnings, permanent account closure, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable.
6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the ab99o platform are subject to acceptance by the Platform. ab99o reserves the right to refuse, void or limit any wager without prior notice, particularly where there is reasonable suspicion of abuse, system error or market irregularity.
6.2 Odds and Markets. All stated odds are indicative until a bet is formally confirmed. Live / in-play odds are subject to rapid change, and the odds accepted at the time of bet confirmation are final. ab99o covers markets including, but not limited to, Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, domestic and international football, and combat sports including UFC — all as entertainment betting markets with no implication of affiliation with any league, board or federation.
6.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void if: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result; there is demonstrably incorrect odds due to a system error; or the wager was placed in a prohibited manner. Void bets result in a return of the staked amount to the User's account balance.
6.4 Winnings. All winnings are credited to the User's account in PKR. ab99o does not guarantee the continued availability of any game, market or feature. Game results produced by certified random number generators are final and binding.
6.5 Responsible Betting Reminder. ab99o strongly encourages all users to set personal deposit and loss limits prior to engaging in any betting or gaming activity. The platform provides these tools at no cost within account settings.
7.1 General Bonus Conditions. All bonus offers and promotional incentives made available by ab99o are subject to specific terms that accompany each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall take precedence.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms. Illustrative example: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement necessitates total wagers of PKR 150,000 on eligible games before withdrawal is permitted.
7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus. Unless otherwise specified, placing a single wager exceeding the stated maximum bet limit (illustrative example: PKR 1,000 per bet) whilst a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
7.4 Game Contribution. Different game categories contribute at different rates towards meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute at 100%. Live casino, table games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate. The specific contribution schedule is detailed in the relevant promotion's terms.
7.5 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses have an expiry period, typically between seven (7) and thirty (30) days from the date of credit. Any unmet wagering requirement and associated bonus balance will be forfeited upon expiry.
7.6 One Bonus Per Household. Promotional offers are limited to one per household address, IP address, device or payment method. Evidence of systematic bonus abuse will result in permanent account closure.
7.7 Illustrative Figures Notice. 8.1 Accepted Payment Methods. Available deposit and withdrawal methods are displayed at the point of transaction. 8.5 Currency. All PKR balances reflect the Pakistani Rupee equivalent at the time of transaction. Users are responsible for any applicable taxes or levies arising from gambling winnings in their jurisdiction.

10.1 All content on the ab99o platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of ab99o or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not extend to: scraping, republishing, reproducing or redistributing any platform content; creating derivative works; or using the ab99o brand, logo or trademarks in any manner without express prior written consent.
10.3 Any feedback, suggestions or ideas submitted by Users to ab99o may be freely used, adapted and incorporated into the Platform without acknowledgment or compensation.
11.1 The ab99o platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
11.2 ab99o does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. You access and use the platform entirely at your own risk.
11.3 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ab99o shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from: your use of or inability to use the platform; any transaction conducted on the platform; unauthorised access to your account; or any loss of data.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1 No Pakistani Licence. ab99o does not hold or claim a gambling licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial or local authority. The Platform does not represent that online gambling is lawful in Pakistan.
12.2 User Responsibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws, regulations and ordinances applicable in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any other applicable legislation. These Terms do not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as such.
12.3 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform's operator is incorporated, as specified in any supplementary operator terms. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
12.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
13.1 ab99o reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Where amendments are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or a platform notification.
13.2 The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. Your continued use of the Platform after any revision constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
13.3 If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
